We value a human, inclusive, and empathetic environment, and one of your missions will be to be a guardian of our culture. **Main Responsibilities and Duties:** * Develop and manage the budget for the Finance department of the unit, supporting the definition of goals and forecast reports; * Coordinate billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable areas, ensuring compliance with financial processes; * Manage team by setting goals, strategies, and monitoring results; * Monitor and ensure compliance with financial indicators (delinquency, revenues, and expenses of the unit); * Manage the unit's cash flow and validate accounting entries; * Validate debt acknowledgment documents for approved negotiations; * Participate in committees to present proposals and approve requests from tenants; * Ensure compliance with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Billing Books within the Excellence Program; * Interface with Legal for monitoring collection and eviction proceedings; interface with the Holding's finance area and CSC; Requirements: **Qualifications and Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics. * Financial and budget management; * Planning, control, and analysis of cash flow; * Knowledge in administrative collections and negotiation skills; * Calculation and monitoring of financial indicators (NOI, EBITDA, Break-even Point, delinquency, average ticket); * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Experience in the Shopping Mall industry **Desirable:** * Postgraduate degree in finance; * Audit and Compliance: Knowledge of audit processes to ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with internal and external standards and policies. * Familiarity with VS system (proprietary system used in Shopping Mall operations). * Power BI Benefits * Market-competitive salary; * Transportation allowance or parking credential; * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Day off during birthday month; * Health and wellness platform; Sá Cavalcante, growing towards the future, delivering the best to those who walk with us
