### **JOB DESCRIPTION**

* Perform concurrent cleaning in departments according to the daily routine and established procedures, ensuring proper contractual organization and cleanliness;
* Perform bed linen changing and terminal cleaning in departments according to the scheduled routine and timetable, following established standards, to ensure proper contractual organization and cleanliness;
* Inspect departments and, when necessary, replenish dispensers and supplies, ensuring environmental preservation and continuous floor-level supply;
* Remove waste from departments and rooms per established protocol, delivering it to temporary disposal areas;
* Record concurrent/terminal cleaning times in the RAD (Daily Activity Report), entering start and end times and additional information (when required) for activity tracking;
* Ensure proper use of uniforms and PPEs, personal hygiene, and correct handling of materials and products, in accordance with company standards, hygiene guidelines, supervision by immediate superiors, and safety regulations;
* Organize the DML (Clean Material Storage) and cleaning supplies, functional carts and/or bins, as per established standards;
* Hand over organized materials (functional cart and bin) and DML to the next shift worker per the POP (Standard Operating Procedure) protocol, ensuring service quality continuity;
* Dilute cleaning chemicals correctly, adhering to occupational safety recommendations, manufacturer instructions, SDSs (Safety Data Sheets), and provided training;
* Follow pre-established schedules—daily, weekly, and monthly;
* Perform related duties as required by the immediate supervisor, based on individual competencies.

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Incomplete elementary education.
DESIRED: Complete elementary education.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN FIELD: Not applicable.
