Come \#BeMarsaro and together let’s put on a SHOWWW! **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other support items for employees and customers; * Clean and organize store environments, including rooms, kitchenettes, and common areas; * Clean floors, glass surfaces, mirrors, and furniture; * Sanitize customer and employee restrooms; * Collect waste from departments and ensure proper disposal; * Restock hygiene supplies and disposable items across areas; * Conduct periodic reviews of cleaning and organization standards at the unit; * Organize and maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies; * Wash towels, cloths, and rags used in daily operations; * Check the functionality of store equipment and support items; * Assist with general unit organization as needed; * Support internal initiatives, events, and operational demands of the store. **What We Look For In You:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service; * Background in facility maintenance and environmental cleaning; * Knowledge of glass cleaning and floor treatment; * Basic understanding of custodial services and environmental organization; * Proficiency in kitchenette services; * Fundamental knowledge of cleaning products and materials; * Meticulousness, organization, and attention to detail **Behavioral Competencies:** * Strong communication skills; * Courteous customer service; * Collaboration and teamwork; * Discretion and professional demeanor; * Efficiency and proactivity; Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
