WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Lead the Human Resources agenda across regional units, supporting leaders and teams in decision-making. * Provide local support for recruitment initiatives, ensuring appropriate team sizing. * Serve in a consultative capacity for sales leaders and operational departments on people management topics. * Manage regional people-related KPIs under your responsibility, conducting regular meetings with leadership to support decision-making and action planning. * Promote training, capacity-building, and development initiatives for leaders and their teams. * Implement actions to strengthen company culture and employee engagement, aligned with survey results. * Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance evaluation, and capacity-building. * Participate in corporate strategic projects.
