We are looking for a **Senior Social Security Attorney**, with refined technical insight, a strong sense of urgency, and a proactive mindset, to strengthen our legal team with excellence, ethics, and responsibility. **Responsibilities:** * Draft initial petitions, responses, legal submissions, and appeals in social security litigation matters. * Manage procedural deadlines, ensuring timely filing of all legal documents. Monitor and analyze procedural developments in electronic court systems (PJe, e-SAJ, etc.). * **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Law and active bar association registration (OAB). * Experience in Civil Procedural Law. * Proficiency in procedural deadlines and ability to independently draft legal documents. * Familiarity with major electronic judicial systems (PJe, e-SAJ, Projudi, among others). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with **social security writs of mandamus**. * Experience in Social Security Law. * Google applications (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.). * Experience working in law firms or companies handling a high volume of judicial cases. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
