Development of strategies to maximize sales and achieve targets **The Seres Group, in partnership with a multinational company in the logistics transportation services sector, is seeking a professional to work as a Sales Assistant.** **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Valid and permanent driver's license category B; * Prior experience in sales; * Experience in business development; * Experience driving on highways; * Proficiency with technology, social media, and customer communication tools; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in the logistics services sector **Behavioral Competencies:** * Excellent communication and public speaking skills; * Strong interpersonal relationship skills; * Self-motivated and resilient profile; * Strong commitment to personal presentation and personal branding. **Responsibilities:** * Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers; * Conduct in-person visits to customers; * Contact customers daily via e\-mail, WhatsApp, and social media; * Actively prospect new customers and markets; * Develop strategies to maximize sales and achieve targets; * Analyze and understand customer needs to offer effective solutions; * Enter commercial reports into company systems; * Complete online training courses and workshops for professional development. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday * 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Thursday) and 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Friday) **Work Location:** * Pouso Alegre, MG Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Driver's License Category: B * Meal Allowance (R$ 300.00\) * Breakfast provided at the office; * Life insurance; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance (R$ 100.00\) * Birthday Day Off; * Discounts at local gyms. * Unimed Health Insurance (R$ 75.00 discount, extendable to dependents);
