Respond to technical incident tickets and service requests according to registered demands. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on desktops, notebooks, and peripherals. Carry out installation, configuration, and replacement of IT equipment. Perform OS formatting and installation. Configure and support printers, scanners, and network devices. Ensure compliance with SLAs, internal procedures, and IT policies. Position located in Extrema / MG. Previous experience as a Technical Support Analyst, Customer Service Specialist, IT Technician, or IT Technical Support may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role.
