### **Position: Tax Analyst** **About the position:** We are seeking a **Tax Analyst** to work in the company’s tax department, ensuring accurate tax assessment, compliance with ancillary tax obligations, and overall tax compliance. The professional will provide technical support to internal departments and monitor tax legislation, ensuring accuracy and security in tax processes. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform **direct and indirect tax assessment** (ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, among others); * Carry out **registration and verification of input, output, and service invoices**; * Prepare, submit, and monitor **ancillary tax obligations** (SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions, EFD, DCTF, DIRF, REINF, etc.); * Analyze and reconcile **accounting and tax accounts**; * Ensure correct tax classification, CFOP codes, NCM codes, and applicable tax rates; * Support internal and external audits and tax inspections; * Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and implement necessary adjustments; * Support internal departments (Accounting, Procurement, Finance) on taxation-related matters; * Participate in improving and updating tax processes and controls. ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Proven experience in the tax area; * Knowledge of **tax legislation**, tax calculation regimes, and invoices; * Proficiency in **ancillary tax obligations and tax assessment**; * Experience with: * Intermediate or advanced Excel; * Organization, attention to detail, and analytical mindset. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in Taxation, Controllership, or related areas; * Experience in industrial companies, distribution centers, or large-scale tax operations; * Familiarity with tax automation tools and tax management systems; * Intermediate English proficiency. ### **Work Location:** **Extrema, Minas Gerais — On-site** ### **Employment Type:** **CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws)** ### **Benefits:** **Meal Voucher, Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, On-site Meals, and Shuttle Service.** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
