The role of Independent Commercial Sales Representative in the cosmetics segment exists to expand and consolidate the brand’s presence in the professional beauty market through direct visits to beauty salons and hairdressers. Given the consultative and relationship-driven nature of this market—where practical demonstrations, personalized service, and close engagement with beauty professionals are essential to building trust and repeat business—the door-to-door representative plays a pivotal role. Acting as a bridge between the company and industry professionals, they introduce products, provide usage guidance, and encourage continued adoption of the product line.
