Education:
Bachelor's degree completed in Law, Business Administration, or Accounting.
Requirements:
Experience in a publicly traded company is preferred.
* Support the Ethics Committee in managing the Whistleblower Channel tool, investigating reports, and defining investigation strategies, report handling procedures, and reporting protocols;
* Assist involved departments in developing action plans based on received reports and complaints, ensuring the Whistleblower Channel contributes to identifying improvements in controls, processes, and systems;
* Support second-line functions and assist company departments in addressing compliance matters related to processes, procedures, controls, and documents—from design through maintenance—to ensure adherence to applicable laws and internal policies, while maintaining appropriate evidence;
* Periodically audit and monitor process, procedure, control, and document compliance with internal regulations (policies, standards, procedures) and external regulations (laws, resolutions, normative instructions);
* Assist leadership with administrative matters;
* Assist in developing indicators and reports on the compliance system to assess the company’s compliance maturity level and deliver corresponding reports to corporate governance bodies;
* Assist in mapping, assessing, monitoring, and reporting compliance risks, and propose action plans to address identified risks and areas of concern;
* Contribute to strengthening the compliance system by supporting the development of preventive, detective, and corrective practices against potential fraud, corruption, ethical misconduct, and any act violating internal or external regulations;
* Contribute to achieving departmental goals;
* Draft and implement policies, standards, and procedures covering core compliance pillars and supporting the corporate governance framework;
* Attend meetings of the company’s collegiate bodies when requested;
* Provide support to external consultants, advisors, and internal audit;
* Promote integrity, business ethics, and corporate governance culture through internal communications, training, and capacity-building initiatives to ensure ethical and principled conduct in the workplace.
