This is an opportunity for professionals with strong technical expertise in welding who wish to go beyond execution and directly contribute to standardization, control, and improvement of production processes. **Key Responsibilities** Supervision and guidance of the welding team Control of welding parameters (amperage, voltage, travel speed) Visual inspection of completed welds Production monitoring and parameter recording Interpretation of technical drawings and welding symbols Application and control of welding procedures (WPS/PQR) Support in quality control activities Organization and maintenance of equipment and tools **Mandatory Requirements** Solid experience in welding and assembly Knowledge of MIG/MAG (GMAW) and flux-cored arc welding (FCAW) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols Knowledge of welding procedures (WPS/PQR) Experience in controlling welding parameters and joint preparation Knowledge of visual weld inspection Familiarity with technical standards (AWS, ASME, ISO, ABNT) Valid welding process certifications (SMAW, GTAW/TIG, GMAW/MIG, FCAW) Certification for welding positions (1G to 6G, as applicable). **Preferred Qualifications** Welding inspector certification (CWI or equivalent) Experience in dimensional control Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 3834\) Knowledge of welding metallurgy Job Information Itajaí/SC – Canhanduba District Employment Type: CLT Working Hours: 44 hours per week **Salary: R$ 8\.000,00** **Benefits**: Meal allowance \| Health insurance \| Education assistance \| Life insurance \| Birthday day off.
