Description
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with active CREA registration;
* Experience in commissioning, installation, or maintenance of medium- and high-voltage substations in industrial settings;
* Experience coordinating technical teams and managing service providers;
* Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of substations (69kV and 23kV);
* Experience with yard equipment, protection and control (P\&C) systems, and relay parameterization;
* Knowledge of grounding systems, lightning protection systems (SPDA), and interpretation of electrical diagrams;
* Experience conducting electrical studies, such as short-circuit, selectivity, and grounding grid analyses;
* Familiarity with applicable technical standards (ABNT/NBR), especially NBR 14039 and NBR 5410;
* Experience with technical software such as ETAP, AutoCAD, or similar tools;
* Experience interpreting field test reports and operating measurement equipment;
* Certifications NR\-10, NR\-10 SEP, and NR\-35;
* Intermediate English proficiency is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for medium- and high-voltage substations;
* Lead teams of electricians and supervise field activities;
* Ensure compliance with safety procedures and applicable technical standards;
* Manage contracts and technical service providers;
* Perform commissioning, installation, and maintenance activities for electrical equipment;
* Support short-circuit, selectivity, grounding, and SPDA electrical studies and analyses;
* Interpret electrical diagrams, technical documentation, and field test results;
* Prepare and validate Risk Analysis and Prevention Plans (APRs) prior to interventions;
* Provide technical support to teams in diagnosing and resolving electrical failures;
* Serve as the technical responsible person for electrical installations before CREA.
**Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree
