The Senior CRO Analyst at Smollan DC executes and monitors A/B testing initiatives, analyzes user behavior data, and recommends improvements for conversion optimization. Working in partnership with marketing, design, and development teams, the analyst ensures hypotheses are correctly tested and transformed into measurable growth opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** Data Analysis * Monitor KPIs and identify areas for improvement. * Build and update performance-tracking dashboards. * Analyze funnels, heatmaps, and session recordings to map drop-off points. A/B Testing * Execute test plans under senior supervision. * Formulate hypotheses based on data and user behavior. * Document test configurations, duration, and results. Implementation and Optimization * Support Google Tag Manager tagging configurations. * Recommend UX and UI adjustments based on evidence. * Track experiment impact and suggest next steps.
