We are ready to tackle new challenges and grow even further. **Job Description:** We are looking for a **Risk Management Analyst** to work in the transportation sector, responsible for **managing and monitoring the entire transportation insurance process**, from policy procurement through to policy closure, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and reduction of operational risks. The professional will be responsible for **monitoring and coordinating preventive and corrective actions** related to logistics operation security, including **escorts, bait deployment, and other risk mitigation measures.** **Responsibilities:** * Manage **transportation insurance processes** (procurement, renewal, and closure). * Monitor **transportation operations**, ensuring adherence to risk policies. * Coordinate **procurement and oversight of escort service providers and bait usage.** * Monitor key performance indicators and **prepare performance reports** related to security and claims frequency. * Collaborate with operational departments and insurers to ensure **efficiency and cost reduction.** * Ensure compliance with internal company policies and insurer requirements. **Requirements:** * **Proven experience in road freight transportation** and risk management. * Practical knowledge and experience with **Bounny, Goldem, and other risk management platforms.** * Experience with **armed escorts, bait systems, tracking, and transportation security protocols.** * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and results orientation. * Strong communication and negotiation skills.
