Assist and train new employees The Operational Leader is responsible for coordinating a team’s operational activities, ensuring process efficiency and quality. They act as the liaison between the team and management, pursuing continuous improvement and achievement of established goals. This professional must possess leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as technical knowledge in the relevant field. * Responsible for assisting and training new employees in their duties; * Perform direct management of operational employee teams, including team leadership; * Manage area-related documents; * Delegate daily tasks to the team; * Forward materials for storage; * Verify product delivery deadlines; * Perform direct management of operational employee teams, including team leadership; * Define storage areas by product type; * Operate material handling equipment; * Direct product storage according to internal and product-specific standards; * Direct the team to pick products by order, invoice, or route/order; * Monitor and coordinate product loading; * Monitor inventory levels and determine minimum and maximum quantities; * Maintain awareness of warehouse organization and report risk areas; * Organize products within the physical space; * Responsible for cleaning the storage work area and equipment; * Monitor personnel access control; * Perform other duties related to the position, as determined by supervisors. Provide support to warehouse logistics processes—from storage and preservation of received goods—to lead the storage team, with responsibility for inventory control and all incoming and outgoing product and material flows; * Support logistics supervisors in managing area performance indicators. REQUIREMENTS: Prior experience in this role. Familiarity with Escala Soft is desirable. EDUCATION: Completed high school; undergraduate studies in related fields (in progress or completed) are desirable. COMPENSATION: Competitive.
