Job Summary:
Professional responsible for scheduling, organizing, and managing logistics operations related to deliveries, assemblies, and inventory, ensuring material tracking and control.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:
* Scheduling of deliveries and assemblies
* Receiving, inspection, and storage of goods
* Picking support materials for assemblies (tools, angle brackets, plastics, silicone, etc.)
* Managing the vehicle fleet
* Organizing the distribution center
* Monitoring material delivery at assembly sites
* Tracking shipment forecasts
* Controlling damaged or missing items during transportation
* Inventory item control
* Label reporting
* Reporting of factory-missing parts
* Managing delivery schedules (average lead times)
* Monitoring technical assistance metrics arising from logistics failures
* Managing claims against carriers for damaged parts
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or technical degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields;
* Relevant work experience;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* Experience in warehousing and logistics processes;
* Experience in logistics for custom-built furniture;
* Experience managing teams.
* Driver's license category B.
