Support the commercial/supply chain team Carry out logistical planning for receiving and shipping by reviewing orders, delivery deadlines against production capacity and logistical resources, aiming to optimize time, reduce costs, and meet pre-established deadlines and conditions. **Responsibilities and Duties** In the Logistics Operations team, you will: * Analyze the branch’s order portfolio (short- and medium-term), planning operations to best meet cost and deadline requirements. * Analyze the customer portfolio, ensuring delivery particularities are met. * Serve as the logistics interface with branches, scheduling material transfers via a dedicated system to ensure synergy among production units and third-party/branch warehouses. * Evaluate scheduled receipts and monitor adherence to established deadlines. * Support the commercial/supply chain team by keeping them informed about order progress to meet customer expectations. **Requirements and Qualifications** To make this happen, you need: * 3–5 years of experience in the field * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Engineering-related fields * Advanced Excel skills It will be a plus if you have: * Basic Power BI knowledge * LEAN or Six Sigma certification **Additional Information** * Variable compensation; * Medical and dental insurance; * Meal allowance; * Food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Total Pass. * Pharmacy partnership; * MCassab University (per internal policy).
