Job Summary: Professional responsible for receiving, storing, and controlling products, verifying invoices, and fulfilling requests in a hospital environment. Key Highlights: 1. Work at the Maternity Hospital Distribution Center 2. Inventory management and organization 3. Verification and entry of invoices **Schedule:** 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM \- (Monday to Friday) **Location:** Unimed Maternity Hospital \- Balneário Camboriú/SC **Department:** Distribution Center **Requirements:** Completed High School; Basic Microsoft Office package; Basic computer skills. **Job Mission:** Receive and store products, verify and enter invoices, control inventory, and fulfill requests and orders from departments. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Inspect incoming products upon receipt to identify possible damage or non-conformity. 2\. Verify batch/expiration date/quantity and value of items against the invoice and physical stock. 3\. Enter invoices into the system, inputting batch/product/expiration date information as shown on the physical invoice. 4\. Store products in the warehouse in an organized, safe, and efficient manner, consistently adhering to best storage practices. 5\. Identify medications using labels generated by dedicated equipment. 6\. Process requisitions accurately and promptly. 7\. Maintain accurate and organized inventory through periodic rotating and corrective inventories. 8\. Correctly identify stored products. Perform other related duties as assigned by the operational unit and nature of the work, per superior instruction.
