Job Summary: Professional responsible for real-time travel monitoring, trip authorization according to rules, and managing incidents and system registrations for tracking and logistics. Work in a logistics environment with a focus on safety **REQUIREMENTS** Completed high school education; undergraduate studies in Logistics, Administration, or related fields preferred; Easy access to the company; Relevant work experience; Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills; Availability for overtime. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Monitor trips in real time, controlling routes, stops, speed, and compliance with the PGR (Risk Prevention Plan). Authorize trips according to security rules and carrier requirements. Perform system blocking/signaling in the tracking system when necessary. Verify mandatory documentation: MDF-e and CTe. Conduct vehicle checklists. Familiarity with technologies such as Onix Sat, Sascar, and others. Validate drivers, vehicles, and equipment in registration systems (SIL of fleet managers and KMM). Update and correct registrations with GRs (OpenTech, BrasilRisk, Minerva, Trafegus, etc.). Record incidents and support responses in case of claims (theft, breakdown, collision, rollover). Collect document information to support the Insurance/Claims department. Maintain GR controls and indicators: telemetry events, deviations, alerts, and driver history. Support drivers with operational and safety guidance.
