Nothing beats delighting and connecting with people, acting as an integrator and always prioritizing care—for yourself and others. **Responsibilities and Duties** Support process improvement initiatives within the department, as well as provide assistance to other company departments; Perform registrations related to goods in internal and external customs control systems. Receive Abandonment Notices and Seizure Terms; Register Import Declarations (DI); Handle DTA procedures—document receipt, internal registration, vehicle release, unloading monitoring, and cargo presence release. Control receipt of export cargoes; Manage/plan export transit spreadsheets; Issue follow-up reports on export transfers; Assist in scheduling cargoes for RFB auctions; Initiate DAT in the Single Portal; Assist in other customs department activities; Comply with company policies and procedures. Provide support to agencies exercising customs control (Federal Revenue, Ministry of Agriculture, ANVISA, etc.).
