This professional works on the front line of technology and service support, helping customers/users resolve problems, answer questions, and ensure everything functions as smoothly as possible. Direct client interaction will foster your professional growth, as we entrust you with what matters most to us: the client! **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Reside in the Camboriú region (Itajaí, Balneário Camboriú, Itapema) * Experience or knowledge in logistics areas (freight warehouses, billing, transportation companies) * Experience or knowledge in administrative areas (business administration, finance, accounting, tax, procurement) * Knowledge of or affinity with technology fields **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * Assist system users/customers (via chat, tickets, or phone) * Provide support for the system you are being trained on (ERP, TMS, WMS, OMS, Technology) * Analyze and route user tickets * Record support interactions clearly and concisely, including all necessary information for understanding the case (yes, you’ll need to read and write extensively—and this is part of your growth) **BENEFITS:** In addition to offering a place to grow and build a promising, solid, and future-oriented career—which will **open doors to salaries above market standards and aligned with technology professionals**—we also offer a meal allowance of R$ 31.00 per day and transportation assistance, if needed.
