Participation in developing schedules and tools **JOB OPENING – ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT (CONSTRUCTION)** **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in planning and monitoring construction activities, including schedule control, execution, and service quality; * Conducting field inspections, applying checklists, and taking photographic records to ensure compliance with technical standards and quality requirements; * Supporting team organization, task allocation, and monitoring verification processes on-site; * Preparing construction diaries and assisting in drafting technical reports; * Assisting in measuring third-party services and quantifying materials; * Participating in developing schedules, operational workflows, and control tools; * Entering data into ERP systems (e.g., purchase requests and construction records); * Monitoring material deliveries and verifying related information; * Supporting integration routines, occupational safety, and site organization; * Providing administrative support for engineering-related tasks. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; * Knowledge of quality control, schedule reading, and technical standards; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Basic AutoCAD knowledge; * Familiarity with management systems (ERP); experience with Sienge is a plus; * Organized, dynamic profile with attention to deadlines and details. * Opportunities for career growth within the company **We Offer:** * Market-competitive remuneration; * Meal allowance of BRL 801.50/month; * Coffee allowance of BRL 8.00 per business day; * On-site meals provided; * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy per workday; * Life insurance; * Wellhub (Gympass). **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (with break) Friday: until 4:30 PM Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: BRL 4,500.00 – BRL 6,500.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Experience: * Construction experience (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
