




Job Summary: Import Analyst focused on customs clearance, documentary verification, administrative handling, and coordination with approving agencies. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in customs clearance and administrative handling of imports 2. Coordination with approving agencies (MAPA, ANVISA, INMETRO, SUEXT) 3. Advantage in food/beverage operations and languages (English/Spanish) **Responsibilities:** Document verification for import customs clearance; Administrative handling of imports; Verification and correction of detailed merchandise descriptions; Calculation and submission of monetary requests to clients; Procedures with approving agencies (MAPA, ANVISA, INMETRO, SUEXT); Issuance of Import License (L.I.); Instruction for Registration of Import Declaration (D.I.); Sending follow-ups with process updates; Monitoring approval status of Import Licenses with approving agencies; ICMS processing and payment. Prior experience as an Import Analyst and comprehensive knowledge of the entire customs clearance process; experience in food and beverage imports (a plus). *Non-exclusive; English and Spanish proficiency (a plus). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:18 PM, with a 1-hour and 30-minute break.
