Job Summary: Handle customs documentation verification for import clearance, administrative import processing, and procedures with approving authorities. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in Import Licensing and ICMS Company located in Itajaí/SC **Salary:** To be negotiated Benefits: Transportation Allowance / Health Insurance / Meal Allowance: R$1\.000,00 / Salary Advance (40%). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:18 PM, with a 1-hour and 30-minute break. **Education:** Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor's program in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or International Relations. **Responsibilities:** Verify supporting documents for import customs clearance; handle administrative import procedures; review and correct detailed merchandise descriptions; calculate and submit monetary requests to clients; coordinate with approving agencies (MAPA, ANVISA, INMETRO, SUEXT); issue Import Licenses (L.I.); prepare instructions for registering the Import Declaration (D.I.); send follow-ups with process updates; monitor approval status of Import Licenses from relevant agencies; handle ICMS calculation and payment. Prior experience as an Import Analyst and comprehensive knowledge of the entire customs clearance process; experience in food and beverage operations (preferred). \*Non-mandatory; English and Spanish proficiency (preferred).
