Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Import Analyst to join our team, with a focus on import processes, documentation, and compliance. Key Highlights: 1. A dynamic environment focused on International Trade We are looking for an Import Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess extensive knowledge and experience with the I\-Broker and/or CONEXOS systems, and will be responsible for data entry, document verification, and administrative handling with approving authorities. Key responsibilities include: \- Resolving issues arising during the import process while ensuring clear and effective communication with clients;\- Issuing licensing and accessing the Single Portal and Siscomex to open, remove, and instruct import registration records, as well as tracking and controlling Customs Entries (CE);\- Registering applications with MAPA and conducting release status inquiries, maintaining continuous follow-up on process updates—including cargo arrivals and Import License (LI) status;\- Managing submission of documents such as Import Declarations (DI), LI approval inquiries, and ICMS-related matters, as well as paying AFRMM fees and performing parameterization inquiries;\- Coordinating Bill of Lading (BL) releases and closing import processes.If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at problem-solving, join our team and contribute to the success of our import operations! **Position:** Import Analyst **Employment Type:** CLT (Permanent) **Professional Area:** International Trade **Working Hours:** **Number of Openings:** 1 **Benefits:** SODEXO meal allowance of BRL 27.95 per working day (approximately BRL 587.00 per month), \+ partnership with Farmácia Catarinense, SESC, and Univali \+ transportation allowance and/or SODEXO fuel assistance of BRL 7.14 per working day (approximately BRL 150.00 per month) \+ Bradesco Group Life Insurance **Requirements:** We are seeking an Import Analyst to join our team.
