Job Summary: Professional responsible for analyzing and executing import customs clearance processes, including document verification, administrative processing, and monitoring of approvals. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in customs clearance and import analysis 2. Focus on import operations and administrative processing 3. Interaction with approving authorities and clients **Responsibilities:** Document verification for import customs clearance, Administrative Processing for Imports, Verification and correction of detailed merchandise descriptions, Calculation and submission of monetary requests to clients, Procedures with approving authorities (MAPA, ANVISA, INMETRO, SUEXT), Issuance of Import License (L.I.), Guidance for Registration of Import Declaration (D.I.), Sending follow-ups with process updates, Monitoring of Import License approvals from approving authorities, ICMS handling and payment. Previous experience as an Import Analyst and knowledge of the entire customs clearance process; experience in food and beverage operations (preferred but not mandatory). \*Non-exclusive, English and Spanish proficiency (preferred). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:18 PM, with a 1-hour and 30-minute break.
