Promote digital transformation of the finance function **Job Description:** ---------------------- Manage the company's financial health, including cash flow, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, ensuring liquidity and financial balance. Conduct financial and strategic planning, with scenario analysis, forecasting, and support to executive management in defining objectives and investments. Monitor budget execution and financial performance, identifying variances, cost reduction opportunities, and resource optimization. Ensure tax, fiscal, and accounting compliance, supervising audits and implementing controls to mitigate risks. Prepare and present managerial and strategic financial reports, key performance indicators, and forecasts to support decision-making. Lead, develop, and structure the finance team, fostering a high-performance environment. Manage relationships with financial institutions, banks, investors, and stakeholders, negotiating credit, financing, and commercial terms. Promote the use of ERP, BI, and digital technologies, enhancing process efficiency and driving digital transformation of the finance function. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, or related fields. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Desirable: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, or Strategic Management (a plus). Desirable: Advanced knowledge of tax, fiscal, and accounting legislation. Proficiency in ERP systems and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
