Job Mission Ensure the stability, security, performance, and evolution of the corporate infrastructure within a large-scale logistics company with multiple branches and 24x7 operations. The Infrastructure Supervisor will be responsible for leading the technical team (currently 11 professionals), coordinating areas such as networks, servers, cloud, telecommunications, CCTV, and monitoring. Their mission is to ensure that technology services support logistical and corporate processes continuously, scalably, and efficiently, acting with strategic vision over hybrid environments (on\-premises and multicloud), DevOps, and FinOps. Main Responsibilities and Duties * Team and Operations Management: * Lead and develop a team of technical professionals (infrastructure, networking, datacenter, cloud, and support). * Establish priorities, goals, and performance indicators (KPIs and SLAs) for the area. * Ensure compliance with service levels and execution of continuity plans. * Multicloud Infrastructure and DevOps/FinOps: * Supervise environments in Azure, GCP, and Oracle Cloud (OCI), including servers, storage, automations, pipelines, and costs. * Implement FinOps practices for cloud consumption optimization, cost control, and resource governance. * Support development and data teams in maintaining pipelines, integrations, and automations. * On\-Premises and Datacenter Environment: * Coordinate the management of physical and virtual servers, storages, power, and datacenter cooling systems. * Manage CCTV and IP camera infrastructure, ensuring availability and image retention according to internal standards. * Monitor backup, replication, and disaster recovery (DRP) policies. * Physical and Logical Networks: * Supervise wired network and corporate Wi\-Fi infrastructure across all branches. * Ensure performance and security in VLANs, VPNs, routing, and logical segmentation. * Coordinate expansion projects, structured cabling, and network upgrades. * Perimeter Security and Connectivity: * Administer and review firewall configurations, SD\-WAN, communication links, and telecom. * Coordinate security policies, access control, link load balancing, and redundancy. * Ensure high availability of critical services and connectivity between branches. * Observability, NOC, and Performance: * Deploy and supervise unified monitoring solutions (Grafana, PRTG, etc.). * Ensure real-time visibility into availability, resource usage, and critical incidents. * Support strategic decisions based on performance metrics and trends. * Projects and Maintenance: * Manage the infrastructure project portfolio, overseeing activities from planning to delivery. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, prioritizing stability and scalability. * Promote process automation and adoption of best ITIL and reliability engineering practices (SRE). * Governance and Compliance: * Ensure adherence to corporate security policies and regulatory compliance. * Maintain updated technical documentation and records of incidents, changes, and configurations. * Actively participate in audits and continuous improvement processes. 2511120202181862173
