Job Summary:
A professional responsible for performing precise technical measurements in residential and commercial environments for custom furniture projects, ensuring compliance with design plans and efficient communication with the team.

**Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**
· Conduct technical measurements in residential and commercial environments for custom furniture projects.
· Measure and record openings, heights, widths, depths, setbacks, and architectural interferences;
· Identify and document hydraulic, electrical, gas, and other relevant technical elements;
· Verify measurements against floor plans, execution drawings, and provided information;
· Record measurements, photos, and technical observations in the company's internal system or spreadsheets;
· Inform the design team of any discrepancies, risks, or technical impediments identified on-site.
· Clarify technical questions with designers, sales consultants, and, when necessary, with clients;
· Meet measurement deadlines and timely delivery of technical information;
· Maintain and care for measurement equipment to ensure proper working condition.
· Use measurement tools such as traditional tape measures, laser tape measures, smartphones or tablets equipped with measurement apps (when provided by the company);
· Daily logging of measurement records into the company’s system;
· Clarify doubts with clients or the design team regarding the environment and technical drawings;
· Maintain and care for measurement equipment to ensure proper working condition.
**Requirements:**
· Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Carpentry, or related fields;
· Prior experience in technical measurement of environments (preferably in custom furniture, carpentry, or construction);
· Knowledge of reading and interpreting design plans and technical drawings;
· Basic understanding of civil construction;
· Proficiency in using measurement instruments (tape measure, laser measurer, apps);
· Organizational skills, attention to detail, and high accuracy;
· Strong communication skills and professional demeanor when interacting with clients;
· Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and availability for travel.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
· Experience assembling custom furniture;
· Familiarity with software such as Promob or other tools used by designers;
· Strong interpersonal skills and experience working on construction sites.

Salary: R$2.270,00 – R$3.000,00 per month
