The Service Analyst at HS Pump is responsible for managing and coordinating requests related to installations, startups, and technical support, ensuring organization, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: • Receiving, analyzing, and registering customer service requests for installation, startup, and technical support; • Planning, implementing, and maintaining an updated service schedule, ensuring proper resource allocation and adherence to deadlines; • Adding new service requests to the schedule, ensuring organization, traceability, and operational predictability; • Maintaining continuous, clear, and professional communication with customers, providing updates on deadlines, execution dates, and any changes; • Identifying, generating, and forwarding requirements for supplies, materials, and technical resources needed to execute services; • Collaborating closely with internal departments (sales, logistics, procurement, and technical), ensuring smooth processes; • Ensuring proper organization of information, documents, and records related to performed services; Maintaining courteous, ethical, and respectful relationships with customers, promoting the institutional image of HydroSystem / HS Pump; • Administering the Net Promoter Score (NPS) customer satisfaction survey to served customers, consolidating data for analysis and continuous improvement; • Actively contributing to process improvements aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and increasing customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** Education/Course: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Service Management, Logistics, or related fields. **Technical Skills:** • Service scheduling planning and control; • Customer service and relationship management; • Basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics management; • Performance and customer satisfaction indicators (NPS); • Microsoft Office suite or management tools (ERP, CRM, electronic calendars).
