With over 34 years of market experience, we serve the Food Service and Retail segments. **Responsibilities and duties** * Proactively source candidates aligned with open positions. * Review, evaluate, and classify received resumes and applications. * Identify professionals who meet the technical and behavioral requirements of the positions. * Schedule and conduct competency-based interviews, either in person or via video call. * Assess candidates’ experience, skills, and qualifications, and record relevant observations. * Organize and monitor all stages of the recruitment process, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to deadlines. * Maintain up-to-date internal records of resumes, interviews, and position closures. * Maintain continuous and transparent communication with candidates and with hiring managers. * Prepare necessary documentation for process completion and hiring. * Perform other job-related tasks as required internally. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields. * Hands-on experience across all stages of recruitment processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Working hours:** **Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:18 PM, with a 1-hour and 30-minute break.** **Benefits:** * Basic food basket * Meal allowance or food voucher of BRL 57.00 per workday; * Social Life Card (available after 90 days of employment); * UNIMED Health Plan (available after 90 days of employment; monthly fee and co-payment borne by the employee); * UNIODONTO Dental Plan (available after 90 days of employment; monthly fee and co-payment borne by the employee).
