




**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT labor code * Supervise preventive and corrective elevator maintenance activities. * Manage the technical team, ensuring proper execution of services. * Develop and monitor maintenance schedules, ensuring equipment availability. * Conduct periodic inspections of elevators, identifying and resolving technical issues. * Respond to and resolve customer requests, delivering excellent customer service. * Control inventory of parts and materials required for maintenance. * Train and qualify the team on new technologies and safety procedures. * Prepare performance and maintenance reports, presenting results to management. * Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical information regarding products and services offered. * Participate in planning meetings and initiatives to improve maintenance processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of elevator and vertical transportation systems maintenance. * Team management and leadership skills. * Ability to analyze and resolve technical problems. * Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulations. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Willingness to travel and respond to emergency calls. * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Specialization in elevator maintenance. * Certifications related to occupational safety (NR-6, NR-10, NR-12, and NR-35). * Knowledge of automation and technology applied to elevators. **Benefits:** Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Internal benefits, Disclosed during interview, Life insurance, Meal allowance, Food voucher, Transportation allowance
