Focus on talent development and internal marketing **Position:** HR Analyst **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; **Number of Positions:** 1 **City:** Blumenau/SC **Role:** \- We have an opening in the People & Management sector for an HR Analyst position, with responsibilities spanning R\&S – Recruitment & Selection, Onboarding, Internal Marketing, Training, and other routine HR department tasks. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct recruitment and selection processes; * Administer tests, group dynamics, and technical assessments when required; * Manage the talent pool and maintain ongoing relationships with candidates; * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and diversity & inclusion policies; * Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, candidate quality, conversion rate) and propose improvements; * Collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs and job profiles; * Conduct initial onboarding for new employees where applicable; * Participate in talent attraction events and employer branding strategies. **Requirements:** * Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proven experience in recruitment and selection; * Knowledge of selection techniques and recruitment tools; * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; * Ability to organize and manage time effectively; * Basic knowledge of labor legislation; **Desired Competencies:** * Proactivity and sense of urgency; * Decision-making ability; * Team spirit and results orientation. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 / 13:15 to 18:00 **Benefits:** VA or VR of R$ 31.00 per day (R$ 680.00 per month) \+ VT or Parking \+ Medical Plan after 3 months \+ Dental Plan after 3 months \+ Health Plan after 6 months \+ Day Off \+ SESC Benefit Program \- Discounts on gyms, courses, hotels, and restaurants \+ Training \+ Growth Opportunities.
