We want to meet you! **JOIN US AND GROW TOGETHER!!** #### **Main Responsibilities:** Assist the captain in flight planning and preparation, verifying weather conditions, flight plans, documentation, and operational conditions to ensure safety and compliance with technical requirements. Perform Pilot Flying and Pilot Monitoring duties as assigned, adhering to technical procedures throughout all flight phases to ensure operational efficiency and precision. Conduct checklists and operational inspections, monitoring aircraft systems and conditions, and reporting deviations to the captain to support safe decision-making. Operate communication systems with air traffic control and ground operators as directed by the captain to ensure smooth ground and flight operations. Maintain external aircraft surveillance and continuous attention to operations through direct visual observation, air traffic monitoring, and communication with the captain to prevent risks and contribute to flight situational safety. Be prepared to assume command of the aircraft by mastering operational procedures and continuously observing operations, ensuring flight continuity and safety in case of delegation or incapacitation of the captain, as stipulated in aviation regulations. Ensure the continuous presence of two crew members in the cockpit, organizing rotations when necessary to guarantee immediate response in critical situations. Complete operational forms and flight logs, including fuel tracking and technical documentation, to maintain operational traceability.
