




**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT labor code * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on elevators, ensuring proper equipment operation. * Conduct periodic inspections and safety tests, identifying potential failures and carrying out necessary repairs. * Install new elevator systems and adapt existing equipment. * Respond to emergency calls, resolving issues quickly and efficiently. * Maintain detailed records of performed activities, including services carried out and replaced parts. * Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements in elevator systems. * Provide technical support to customers, clarifying doubts and advising on proper elevator usage. * Participate in training and capacity-building programs to stay updated on new technologies and maintenance procedures. **Requirements:** * Technical education in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Knowledge of elevator and escalator systems. * Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics. * Experience in preventive and corrective elevator maintenance. * Availability to work at heights and during flexible hours. * Certification in NR-10 and NR-35 is a plus. * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Driver’s license category B. * Preferred Qualifications: * Specialized course in elevator maintenance. * Knowledge of automation and control systems. * Customer service experience. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Internal benefits, Corporate mobile phone, Disclosed during interview, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Food allowance, Transportation allowance
