




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for obtaining quotations and negotiating with suppliers, managing purchase orders, controlling inventory, and optimizing the procurement process for automotive parts and supplies. Support to commercial and technical teams with cost information **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Obtain quotations and negotiate with suppliers of automotive parts and supplies. * Issue purchase orders according to workshop requirements and approved budgets. * Evaluate price, quality, delivery time, and commercial terms. * Maintain relationships with suppliers and seek new partners. * Control minimum and maximum inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. * Monitor delivery deadlines and resolve purchase order discrepancies. * Verify incoming invoices together with Finance/Warehouse. * Update supplier and product records in the system. * Support commercial and technical teams with cost and availability information. * Ensure compliance with internal purchasing policies and budget guidelines. * Contribute to cost reduction and continuous improvement of processes.
