




Job Summary: The Financial Assistant supports accounts receivable routines, ensuring billing control, receipt recording, and tracking of financial pending items, contributing to the company's financial health. Manages and monitors receivables and performs bank reconciliations. The Financial Assistant is responsible for supporting the operational routines of the company's accounts receivable department, ensuring proper billing control, receipt recording, and tracking of financial pending items with customers. Works with a focus on organization, control, and attention to detail, contributing to financial health and cash flow predictability. Responsibilities * Manage and monitor receivables in the system. * Record receipts (bank slips, PIX, transfers, and deposits). * Perform bank reconciliation of financial inflows. * Issue and send bank slips and invoices to customers. * Monitor due dates and support collection routines. * Maintain delinquency records and support customer negotiations when necessary. * Verify billing documents and ensure accurate system registration. * Assist in preparing financial reports and control spreadsheets. * Maintain organization of financial documents and receipt records. * Support monitoring of cash flow related to financial inflows. Minimum Qualifications Completed high school education. Technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Accounting, or related fields are desirable. Preferred Experience Prior experience in accounts receivable, billing, or administrative finance routines is a plus.
