




**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT labor code * Assist in organizing and maintaining administrative documents related to the elevator department. * Answer and route telephone calls, providing basic information about services and appointments. * Monitor and update maintenance and service tracking spreadsheets for elevators. * Assist in preparing monthly reports on elevator performance and maintenance. * Collaborate with the team in coordinating technical visits and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance. * Provide customer service, clarifying inquiries and delivering necessary support. * Assist in managing supplies and materials used by the department, ensuring their availability. * Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and suggestions to improve administrative processes. * Perform other related duties as required by the department. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Management, or related fields. * Knowledge of administrative and financial routines. * Customer service skills and ability to support technical teams. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively. * Proactivity and initiative in problem solving. * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in the elevator or maintenance industry. * Familiarity with administrative management software. **Benefits:** Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Internal benefits, Disclosed during interview, Life insurance, Meal allowance, Food voucher, Transportation allowance
