Sales Technical Promoter

Description

We are seeking a professional with both commercial and technical expertise to work with resellers in the Southern region (RS, SC, and PR), responsible for strengthening relationships with distributors, supporting commercial activities, and expanding Milwaukee brand presence at points of sale. This professional will act in a consultative capacity, delivering training, technical support, and promotional activities to resellers and customers, directly contributing to sales growth and brand consolidation. Key Responsibilities * Conduct technical and commercial training for reseller staff; * Provide technical support to sales representatives and customers during commercial activities; * Develop ideas and strategies to improve Milwaukee product visibility in stores; * Promote "Store Day" events in collaboration with distributors and resellers; * Assist promoters and specialists in workshops and events targeting end customers; * Represent the brand at trade shows and commercial activities; * Ensure excellence in customer and partner service and support; * Collaborate closely with Commercial and Marketing departments, sharing market opportunities and strategic insights. Work Region * Southern region (RS, SC, and PR); * Must reside in Santa Catarina to ensure optimal regional coverage; * Availability for frequent travel and weekday accommodations. Requirements: Completed high school education (a university degree is considered an advantage); * Prior experience in field sales, technical sales, or consultative sales; * Experience in B2B sales; * Strong communication skills, commercial acumen, and negotiation ability; * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile; * Willingness to travel and frequently relocate within the region; * Valid driver's license.
