Responsibilities and duties: Team management: Training, motivating, and developing the sales team. Customer service: Ensuring high-quality service, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations. Target management: Monitoring and implementing strategies to achieve sales and performance targets. Inventory control: Overseeing product restocking and inventory management. Visual merchandising: Ensuring the store is organized and product displays comply with brand standards. Reporting: Analyzing performance indicators and preparing sales and productivity reports. Process administration: Managing operational workflows, from customer service to sale completion.
