Carry out maintenance of green areas and minor building repairs. **MISSION** Perform building maintenance activities, maintain indoor and outdoor areas, conduct minor repairs, and support facility organization, thereby contributing to the safety, cleanliness, and preservation of company assets. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Clean and maintain indoor and outdoor areas, ensuring environmental organization and safety; * Maintain green areas, including mowing, pruning, and conserving spaces; * Conduct minor building repairs, such as replacements, adjustments, and simple maintenance; * Collect and dispose of waste appropriately in accordance with internal regulations; * Perform technical cleaning of equipment and safety structures; * Conduct basic maintenance of pallets and support structures; * Paint internal and external signage and markings; * Maintain tools and work equipment. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education; * Basic building maintenance skills; * Basic gardening knowledge.
