Job Summary: Perform preventive and corrective building maintenance activities, including inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and conservation services, while supervising service providers and contributing to process improvements. Flexibility to meet operational demands **Job Description:** ---------------------- Perform preventive and corrective building maintenance activities, including inspections, fault diagnostics, repairs, and conservation services on facilities and structures; supervise service providers; control materials and tools; and contribute to improvements in maintenance routines. Carry out all activities strictly in compliance with occupational safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), maintaining availability and flexibility to perform related services according to operational demands and company needs. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Incomplete elementary education; valid driver's license category B required; prior experience in building maintenance or similar roles. Basic/intermediate knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and civil maintenance.
