




Job Summary: Speech-Language Pathologist to provide health care and preventive services, performing regulated procedures with a focus on humanized, high-quality patient care. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in multidisciplinary teams and collaborative clinical decision-making **Schedule**: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM / 4:15 PM – 7:15 PM, Monday to Friday (Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:15 PM) **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology * Intermediate computer skills * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * Active professional council registration **Job Mission:** Participate in health care and preventive activities, performing regulated professional procedures with a focus on delivering humanized, high-quality patient care. **Main Responsibilities:** GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Implement speech-language pathology public health initiatives 2\. Participate in multidisciplinary rounds for therapeutic planning discussions 3\. Attend multidisciplinary team meetings and management meetings when requested 4\. Perform duties safely, adhering to standard precaution measures 5\. Document patient progress in the Electronic Health Record (Tasy system) and verify completed appointments 6\. Record, update, and analyze speech-language pathology performance indicators, reporting results to leadership and/or management 7\. Update service documents and work instructions 8\. Carry out administrative tasks delegated by leadership and/or management, as well as clinical responsibilities 9\. Participate in company-provided training programs 10\. Propose and deliver training sessions to clinical teams 11\. Provide speech-language pathology interventions following medical prescriptions or referrals from multidisciplinary teams 12\. Recommend speech-language therapy and make additional referrals based on individual patient needs 13\. Manage speech-language pathology–specific material resources 14\. Counsel patients, family members, caregivers, and responsible parties during hospitalization and at discharge 15\. Define discharge criteria jointly with the multidisciplinary team **HU-SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Respond to outpatient oncology service requests for evaluation and treatment, as needed Perform other related duties consistent with the operational unit’s scope and nature of work, as directed by management.
