Professional environment and opportunities for development Position Title: Junior Receptionist Main Responsibilities: - Greet and receive clients, suppliers, and visitors in a friendly and efficient manner. - Manage and record entry and exit of people within company premises. - Provide general information and guide visitors regarding department and room locations. - Schedule and confirm meetings, as well as prepare meeting rooms. - Provide administrative support, such as receiving and distributing correspondence, and organizing files and documents. - Assist with tasks related to mail, email, and telephone management. Required Qualifications: - Completed high school education. - Minimum 6 months of experience in reception, public service, or administrative roles. - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using management systems and tools. - Impeccable personal appearance and professional demeanor. Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of a second language, preferably English. - Prior experience in corporate environments. - Certifications in customer service or secretarial studies.
