Team leadership and technical responsibility **JOB POSTING:** **About the Position** A professional responsible for the full management of high-standard construction projects from inception to completion, including project coordination, scheduling, cost control, technical analysis, and team leadership. Will serve as the technical responsible person, ensuring compliance with regulations and proposing continuous improvements. A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory, along with proven experience managing construction projects from inception to completion, hands-on team leadership experience, and experience managing high-standard construction projects. This is an on-site position requiring availability to work in Balneário Piçarras/SC. Postgraduate studies or an MBA in the relevant field will be considered a plus. **Main Responsibilities** Develop project development schedules; Monitor the progress of project design phases involving all professionals (internal and external); Conduct critical analysis of construction project designs; Analyze and adjust costs; Prepare material quantity takeoffs for construction projects; Develop the construction quality plan and construction schedule; Control project revisions and substitutions during construction; Identify requirements for regulatory compliance (standards, ordinances, laws, client procedures, supplier procedures, etc.) and promptly inform the PQSM department of any changes; Propose implementation of new tools, software, or methodologies aimed at continuous quality improvement and enhanced corporate competitiveness; Manage customer-driven design modifications from conception through on-site execution; Serve as the company's technical responsible person for construction projects. **Mandatory Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Proven experience in team leadership and management of high-standard construction projects; Availability for on-site work in Balneário Piçarras/SC. **Desirable Requirements** Postgraduate studies/MBA in the relevant field are desirable.
