Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to optimize processes and improve organizational efficiency. **EDUCATION:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * A postgraduate degree in areas such as IT Management, Software Engineering, Databases, or related fields is desirable and may be an advantage. **ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Requirements Analysis: Identify and understand user and business area needs to define system requirements. * Development and Implementation: Design, develop, and implement technological solutions that meet identified needs. * Documentation and Modeling: Create and maintain technical and process documentation for systems, as well as model systems and business processes. * Support and Maintenance: Act as a specialist to resolve complex incidents that cannot be solved by lower support levels, providing continuous support and performing maintenance on existing systems to ensure proper functionality. * Project Management: Participate in IT project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
