Proactive notification of terminal discrepancies (DUE) – Pre-shipment. Email management on the Case Management platform. Communication with internal and external stakeholders (terminals, operations team, cargo readiness team, manifest team, transshipment team, Receita Federal). Removal of records in CE Mercante. Processes with Receita Federal via e-CAC portal. Support to CX Frontline team. Contact with terminals via Microsoft Teams.
