




### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Responsible for supervising operational teams for cleaning, security, building maintenance, and other facilities services, ensuring service quality, SLA compliance, and customer satisfaction. Acts as the liaison between operational teams, internal managers, and clients, ensuring smooth daily operations, resource control, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Supervise and guide cleaning, security, maintenance, and other outsourced service teams. Develop, monitor, and ensure execution of work schedules and action plans. Monitor team attendance, punctuality, and performance. Monitor service quality, ensuring SLA compliance. Conduct technical visits to clients and prepare follow-up reports. Control and request materials, PPEs, and uniforms. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees. Prevent and resolve conflicts within teams and with clients. Track performance indicators and propose process improvements. Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and internal policies. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** High school diploma completed. Previous experience supervising cleaning, security, or maintenance teams. CNH category A (motorcycle license) – mandatory. Basic Office package (Excel for shift and indicator tracking). Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and negotiation capacity.
