Job Summary: This position is responsible for monitoring the internal store environment to prevent risks and ensure the safety and integrity of assets, employees, and customers. Key Highlights: 1. Attentive, ethical profile with a firm demeanor. **Job Objective** Monitor and safeguard the internal store environment by preventing theft, losses, and risky situations involving employees and customers, thereby ensuring the company's asset integrity. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct internal and external patrols within the store; * Observe suspicious behavior and take preventive action; * Support the loss prevention team during inventories and stock counts; * Inspect and report irregularities in equipment, facilities, and merchandise; * Collaborate with the team to ensure a safe and organized environment; * Report incidents to the immediate supervisor and complete incident reports. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in loss prevention, asset security, or inspection is desirable; * Strong communication skills and good interpersonal relationships; * Attentive, ethical profile with a firm demeanor. **Preferred Qualifications** * Courses in security, surveillance, or loss prevention; * Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
