Here, you will ensure accuracy and compliance in order-based import billing processes, guaranteeing that every step is recorded and executed responsibly and clearly. **? Your Responsibilities:** * Perform order-based billing (inbound and outbound) \- with tax benefits; * Conduct analysis and closing of order-based import processes; * Record returns and monitor tax progress; * Issue Service Invoices, Debit Notes, and GNRE; * Register warehouse transfers and storage shipments; * Perform stock write-offs and system stock implementation; * Clarify complex operational queries from internal and external customers; * Work autonomously to resolve issues and execute tax routines; * Collaborate with the team by sharing learnings and best practices; * Follow internal guidelines, tax policies, and compliance best practices. **? Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Minimum 2 years of experience in billing routines (experience with order-based imports is a plus); * Basic knowledge of key tax concepts, such as: **PIS, COFINS, CFOP, ICMS, NF-e, CT-e, NFS-e, among others;** * Organizational skills, autonomy, and strong communication ability. ?
